Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
